The Department of Human Resources at Margibi University aspires to provide continuous quality service to the University community, to optimize productivity and employee satisfaction. The HR department is charged with executing the following key functions:

The Department endeavors to foster a positive work culture to bridge the University into the future, and to ensure alignment with its strategic priorities while promoting employee well-being, professional growth, and personal development.
The Director of Human Resources serves as the chief HR strategist and advisor to the leadership of the University. The Director is responsible for planning, developing, maintaining, reviewing, and interpreting employee relations practices, rules, and procedures at the University. The Director provides oversight for all HR-directed activities, including consulting services, and ensures that the University remains current the Labor Laws of Liberia, and compliant with Board policies, including the institution’s belief in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
