Information Technology

The University’s Information Technology Department oversees all technology and system related tasks for students, faculty, and staff. The Department is responsible for identifying, procuring, installing, and maintaining hardware, software, and systems, including configuring and updating applications, employee devices, databases, and other components of the IT infrastructure. The IT Department is charged with the responsibility of providing technical support to all users and systems:

•  Maintaining Hardware and Software
•  Monitoring System Performance
•  Data Storage and Backups
•  Data Security
•  Application Management
•  Troubleshooting & IT Support

The Department sometimes provides training and support to users, including technical training for students and employees on how to use certain software applications and hardware systems, as well as providing technical support when they encounter issues.
